Qualifications:
• Master’s degree; Doctorate preferred
• Licensed Pharmacist
• 5 years’ experience in a hospital pharmacy
• 2 years’ experience as a Pharmacy Director of a large healthcare organization
• Inpatient and Outpatient pharmacy experience preferred
• Pediatric and Adult patient experience also preferred
