This leader will oversee and manage the HIM department and also serve as on-site subject matter expert. The right candidate will have the ability to take initiative, have effective leadership skills, and demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff at all levels.
Qualifications for this position include but are not limited to:
• Bachelor’s in HIM or related field; Master’s preferred
• 3+ years of progressive management/leadership experience
• RHIA or RHIT certification
