The Manager of Case Management/Social Work will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of social work and case management staff over two hospitals. Looking for a leader who will be an effective role model and mentor and will communicate expectations clearly and foster a team environment. Must be able to demonstrate critical thinking skills and the ability to assess, problem solve, and effectively make decisions.
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Current LICSW
• 3 years’ healthcare leadership experience
• 5 years’ clinical experience
• Case management experience a plus
