Our client is a leading healthcare organization that is looking to add a Manager of Inpatient Coding to their staff! This is a fully #remote, direct hire position. The Manager will be supervising the coding staff and ensuring compliance with coding regulations for assigned facilities. Must have excellent organizational and communication skills, be self-directed with the ability to work independently, and have proficiency in utilizing computer programs. Full benefits offered!
Requirements include but are not limited to:
• Associate’s Degree in health-related field
• 8 years’ Inpatient coding in an acute care setting
• 3 years’ Inpatient coding management
• RHIT and CCS certifications
